About Us
The Gardening Register was set up in 2005 by Linda Peppin.
Since its beginning it has become an easy to follow, informative website covering all aspects of gardening for the beginner as well as the more experienced gardener.
The website had two main functions; the first was to offer Free Gardening Advice Online to help with all gardening problems and queries. And the second was to produce a comprehensive collection of Easy to Follow Gardening Articles to help visitors with most aspects of gardening from pruning to propagation, from what to feed garden birds to building a garden pond.
As always technology moves on and with the help of WordPress The Gardening Register Blog was set up in October 2008 as an additional source of information for the visitors to The Gardening Register. Using this new software we are able to add content quickly and offer more up-to-date information.
The blog is updated regularly with special offers from favourite gardening suppliers, interesting news items from the world of gardening, highlights from some of our more popular gardening articles and information on what needs to be done when and what is happening in The Gardening Register garden.
Now that the blog us up and running successfully we will be concentrating on up-dating the original Gardening Register website using WordPress. The exact format of the website is yet to be decided but rest assured that it will continue to be a useful source of information to gardeners everywhere.
