Hardy plants which will grow anywhere up to 10ft tall. Tubers bought at the supermarket can be planted. Remove flower buds as they appear.

Not fussy about their soil as long as it is not too acid or waterlogged.

Will keep in a food bag in the fridge for up to two weeks

Scrub tubers after lifting. Boil in their skins for 20-25 minutes. Peel before serving.
